Family Nutrition & Lifestyle Specialist
A Little About Me
I’m a clinical Nutritionist and author focused on chronic health and sustainable weight management.
I help individuals and families build realistic, lasting habits through evidence-based nutrition and a family-centered approach.
My writing blends practical guidance with a thoughtful, reflective tone. It’s grounded in lived experience, gently questioning the norms and encouraging deeper thinking about how we live, eat, and care for ourselves and our families.
My work is shaped by the six pillars of lifestyle medicine:
whole-food nutrition, movement, restorative sleep, stress management, healthy relationships, and reducing harmful substances.
This whole-person approach helps address the root causes of chronic conditions, not just the symptoms.
I hold a Bachelor’s in Health Science (Clinical Nutrition), a Graduate Certificate in Human Nutrition, and I’m currently completing a Master’s in Lifestyle Medicine, which gives me a broader, more integrated view of health.
As a mum, I bring both professional insight and everyday experience to what I do, walking alongside others with empathy, depth, and purpose.
Note: I am a registered Nutritionist with the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA).

Educational resources
-
I create practical and thoughtful nutrition booklets to support you and your family on your health journey. These guides offer clear explanations and help you recognise important nutrition concepts to help you understand not just what to eat, but why it matters. Many are also translated into Arabic to serve my Arabic-speaking community.
All booklets are downloadable, designed to be short and print-friendly so you can easily keep a physical copy. They’re available at a minor cost, making quality nutrition support accessible and convenient.
Whether you’re starting out or deepening your knowledge, these resources are here to help you make lasting, positive changes at your own pace.
-
My magazines are designed to be a fresh, visual way to explore nutrition and health. Combining eye-catching illustrations and gentle humor, they invite you to reflect on everyday food and lifestyle choices in a relaxed, engaging way.
Each issue features thought-provoking articles that encourage you to pause and consider your relationship with health—not just facts, but ideas that spark curiosity and deeper thinking. Perfect for those who enjoy a more creative, mindful approach to nutrition.
The magazines are short, easy to read, and visually rich, making them great for a quick yet meaningful pause in your day. They offer a unique blend of insight and inspiration that goes beyond traditional health advice.
-
I’ve created a series of free, downloadable colouring books designed to help children build a positive relationship with healthy food from a young age. Through fun characters, playful drawings, and simple messages, these books introduce the idea that nutritious eating can be exciting and enjoyable.
Each page is designed to spark curiosity and conversation—whether it’s a smiling vegetable or a fruit on an adventure making healthy food feel familiar, friendly, and fun.
Perfect for parents, teachers, or caregivers, these colouring books are a gentle, engaging way to encourage lifelong healthy habits in kids, one page at a time.

I work with you to gently uncover what’s affecting your gut health and overall inflammation, using food and lifestyle adjustments to support conditions like IBS, bloating, and autoimmune flare-ups always respecting your pace and individual needs.
